LOOT gives me no errors of any kind, as all dependencies are set up as the mods expect, and I'm not really sure how else I can go about it other than testing one mod at a time for the next 100+ mods (I'm nearly at 220).

Now I'm stuck - could it be Alternate Start in conjunction with one or two other mods causing separate issues at the same point in time?

It will be like 01 elven dark, 02 elven gold, 03 fur, 04 hide, etc. You'll want to make a folder somewhere easy to find, extract the archive to it, and then have a look at what you want to install. If installing manually, don't just dump the whole thing in data, or nothing will work. Just remember the archive is set up for mod manager installation, where you can choose from a few different versions of some textures. That being said, I'm still using the same Oldrim version I downloaded back when I played oldrim. What this means is you can do whatever conversions you need, to use it for yourself, but nobody can port it and upload it for others to use. It found modifications for games (primarily New Vegas and Skyrim) that were either blocked by hard-to-justify pricetags (Steam), or completely unjustified behavior from shitty, high on power moderators/mod. No permissions to port to SSE, so it's personal use or not at all. If you've never heard of the site, I know the name sounds bad, but let me tell you what the site really did.
